This season, a total of 11, 38,890 students appeared for NEET evaluation, conducted in 10 distinct languages across 1,921 examination centers including 480 OCIs 1,522 NRIs, 70 PIOs and 613 students.
This calendar year, Punjab’s Navdeep Singh has procured All India Rank (AIR) 1 rank by scoring 697 marks from the male group. Meanwhile, in the female group, Nikita Goyal emerged from exactly the state.

About NEET:
NEET is conducted in to MBBS and BDS courses. The examination consisted of 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct response) from physics, chemistry and physics (botany and zoology). The duration of the examination was three hours.
